John, our primary Microsoft Office trainer, successfully completed the ‘Preparing to Teach in Lifelong Learning Sector FHEQ Level 4’ qualification through Warwick University. To pass this course you have to be able to display an in-depth understanding of the role of a trainer. As well as being able to demonstrate the ability to teach. This is shown through having to complete and pass a practical assessment by the end of the course.

Rachel
Rachel, our second trainer, is HABC certified as a result of successfully passing the ‘HABC Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF)’ qualification in Birmingham. To pass this course you have to thoroughly demonstrate an understanding of the role of a trainer. As well as being able to pass a practical assessment of teaching a group of people a topic by the end of the course.
