FAQs

How is the Basic Word training course structured?
We cover a variety of topics in our basic Word course. The topics are organised to build on throughout the day. There are 2 short breaks, one mid morning and one mid afternoon, and lunch break planned in to break up the whole day course.

Does the training cover the latest Microsoft Office 365 updates?
Yes it does. Most of the content of our Word training courses transfers across and is compatible with any future updates of Microsoft 365. We also regularly review all of our Word 365 training courses to ensure any new features and tools are not missed out.

How can Microsoft Word training benefit my business?
Word is often a well used Microsoft package, but training isn’t always thought of for this package. This is often due to the fact you can manage to use the package without attending any training. However, there are many tools in Word that make jobs and tasks easier and quicker to do certain tasks. So training in Word often increases your team’s productivity and can make documents look more professional, helping your business stand out in any industry.

How do I know if this is the right level course for my Word training needs?
You will be the best person to know what your knowledge of Word is. We say that a good indicator of your level, is that if you know at least 80% of the content covered confidently then you are ok to go on the next level course. However if you are unsure, we suggest it is best to do the level to make sure you are confident enough to move onto the next one. This course is good for anyone who is starting out in using Word.
