Quarter 4 2017 Quality of Training Scores from courses

Quarter 4 2017 –

In the last quarter of 2017, we continued to run a lot of Excel courses even as it quietened down in the lead up to the Christmas break. As well as the Excel courses we ran, we carried out some bespoke Excel courses, taking sections from all levels of Excel and making one course. Below are the average feedback scores for quality of training for each month:

• The score was 9.6 from the 15 courses run in October.
• The score was 9.8 from the 12 courses run in November.
• The score was 9.6 from the 8 courses run in December.
