Direct Air & Pipework was established in 1993. It was established from the complementary skill sets of compressed air and pipework with the ambition of providing a service to Midlands engineering.
Fast forward over 25 years and the family business has developed and grown into a leading compressed air solution provider. Although they have developed and grown, the founding principles upon which it was built remain the same. As a result many of their first customers remain working with them to this day! A testament to the quality of service Direct Air provide.
Their head office in Coventry is the beating heart of their business. As well as this its central location allows them to respond to customers up and down the country easily and effectively.
How we help Direct Air
JPL IT Training has provided training for the Sales and Marketing team in Microsoft 365 packages. Some examples of modules being Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The training had been organised to bring up everyone to the same levels of knowledge for use in their daily work. In addition to this, it helped provide shortcuts and hints and tips to all the staff that they didn’t know before. Therefore this meant no staff missed out from having to work from home.
As this training was carried out still during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was delivered by Webex. As a result of this training method, all staff working from home could attend the courses too.
